My name is Maria Vrettou and I would like to schedule a viewing on 18/06 or 19/06 as I am living abroad (Greece) and I would be in Enschede these days.

I am interested to rent a studio / apartment for my daughter, Lydia Stephan, starting her studies in the Twente University this Sept'26. We (the parents) are scheduling to visit often, so we prefer a two bedrooms appartment

About my daughter: - 23-years-old. She already has a degree in Biomedical Science and she is enrolled to the University of Twente for pre-master courses in order to continue with a Master.

She is financial dependent from the parents. - I will be the guarantor or we can have contract with me directly or we can prepay rents or we are open to discuss any proposal of the landlord.

 My daughter is single. - Greek Nationality - Available immediately - Looking for 12+ months - No pets, non-smoker, no musical instruments.

Quiet, clean, sociable - Hobbies swimming, kick boxing, reading.

All necessary documents are prepared and available upon request.
