<p>I am Angela, a 23-year-old PhD candidate at the University of Twente. I have rented in the Netherlands from private landlords during the three years of my undergraduate programme, and have continued renting abroad for the last two years. I am thus acquainted with the process and I am very punctual with my obligations. I, of course, arrive to the Netherlands with enough savings to be financially comfortable besides my monthly salary, and I am confident in my ability to handle economic matters.
