Jonas zoekt: Een Appartement / Studio / Kamer in Enschede

Dag allemaal,

ik ben Jonas, vijfentwintig jaar oud, en studeer momenteel „Robotics and Artifical Intelligence“ aan de Technische Universiteit van München (TUM). Perhaps to make it easier, let’s switch to English! Even though I am currently taking a Dutch language course at my university until now it is very basic ;) Why do I search for a flat in Enschede? You can probably already guess that I will be an Exchange Student at the University of Twente for half a year starting in September. I am already really looking forward to this time and especially for the opportunity to get to know so many new and interesting Dutch and international people.

For a good start it would be really perfect to have a group of nice flatmates to not “only” share a housing, but rather share a lot of time and activities together. At the moment I am living in a really nice shared flat in München together with two girls, we cook together perhaps several times a week, talk, laugh a lot and do activities like swimming at a lake, going for a hike, climbing, or chilling in the park. We even did a holiday together where we cycled to the alps and stayed there at a lake for some days. I have been living in shared housing for already 6 years in total, so I would say I am quite experienced and definitely know the basics to have a good time together and also to contribute to a clean and organized flat.

Some more facts about me. I am a German and originally from the north of Bavaria in a region where a lot of wine is grown. For my studies in Mechatronics, I moved to south Bavaria and already did an Erasmus semester in Stockholm, Sweden. So, living in another country is nothing new for me. For my following masters in „Robotics and Artifical Intelligence“ I moved even more to the south to München, you probably know it, a nice city close to the Alps. In general, I would describe myself as an active person open to a lot of social activities and spending additionally quite some time with sports like running, cycling, hiking, climbing etc. Not particularly good at all of it, but it’s fun ;)
